MODALITIES FOR ASSESSMENT OF 2024/2025 UTME CANDIDATES
AND THOSE APPLYING WITHOUT JAMB
GENERAL ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS
Admission into FULL-TIME undergraduate programmes is done with or without Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME). Candidates must possess five (5) credits in O’Level or its equivalent as required by the Department of interest. Candidates must obtain a minimum of 100 points in Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) and Candidate’s details must have been forwarded to Stars Maritime Academy by Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB). Candidates must buy the Academy Form and pay the Acceptance and sit for the Academy POST-UTME Examination and must obtain the required minimum score. The Academy Admissions Office processes FULL-TIME/PART-TIME admission into undergraduate programmes ONLY. Candidates must have reached the AGE of SIXTEEN (16) by the 31st day of DECEMBER in the year of admission.
CAUTION - PAYMENT TO INDIVIDUALS:
to get admission into Stars Maritime Academy candidate are advise to visit the school to get the form and sit for the exams the same day of form purchase after pay for the form and acceptance fees. For those candidate that are far away, should contact the admission officer (Mr. Orumgbe Agborwanse Rex) on 08062948785 to help them process the admission online and send them the admission letter through the academy EMAIL. Prospective students are cautioned not to patronize touts.
FORGED DOCUMENTS:
Candidates who present forged documents will forfeit their admission upon discovery.
